As early as 1995, Wälzlagertechnik was one of the first companies in the industry to
a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 and had it certified on an ongoing basis.
The current status of certification now corresponds to the latest version of the standard, DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
In addition, Wälzlagertechnik has gone one step further
in its self-imposed goals for customer orientation, customer satisfaction optimization and process optimization, which go far beyond the requirements of the standard.
To this end, a very extensive project was launched with precisely these objectives.
The result is a management tool that integrates and continuously optimizes all areas of the company to ensure that WLT customers continue to have a reliable partner in the future.
