The product and service program of the WLT Linear Service Center provides solutions for the most varied applications in the area of bearings for linear movement.
The product program contains:
- Precision steel shafts / shaft guides
- Track roller guides
- Profile rail guides
- Recirculating ball bearing guides
- Recirculating roller bearing guides
- Cage guides
- Ball screws
- Linear Actuator
- Linear ball bearing tables
The service program contains:
- Shaft guides, profile rail guides and trapezoidal threaded spindles are machined, bevelled and cut to the correct dimensions.
- Rail guides are machined, radial drilled and threaded.
- Drilling tapped holes in carriages, greasing and degreasing, producing components according to drawings.
- Shaft guides are drilled, threaded, and the ends are produced according to drawings.
- Assembly of linear systems
The maintenance service contains:
- Inspection and preventive maintenance of linear systems and drives
- Preparation of tracks
- Replacement of linear systems including seals and components
- Alignment and installation of linear bearings and modules
- Analysis and recommendations for lubrication systems
